Awww Love is in the air…IF YOU’RE LIKE ME, SINGLE, DON’T YOU WORRY CAUSE I GOT YOU!
Reading a book, especially a series, you connect with the characters. They become part of you. So whether you’re in a committed relationship, or single like myself, I have a list of books that make you feel love within the pages. Every woman wants that romantic guy, my books that I have read not only have that but they seem, well…realistic. Crazy, I know but true!
The story starts off by a young woman named Anastasia Steele helping out her best friend Kate, who just gotten sick of a common cold, interview a wealthy entrepreneur named Christian Grey. Ana agreeing to meet and interview Mr. Grey, knowing absolutely nothing about him, she finds herself falling at his feet, literally.Entering his office she falls flat on her face. Helping her up is the sexy, handsome, drop dead gorgerous Christian Grey. The chemistry between the two sparked like wild fire. However, Christian “unable to stay away” from her tells her that he was not the right man for her. Ana already in love with him says she doesn’t care. But christian has secrets that not even love can’t make them disappear. And believe me when I say this book how a lot of ‘holy shit’ moments! Now, I know you’ve probably have already heard about this series, which consist of 3 books, but PLEASE LISTEN TO ME! It truly is a love story. Christian has a dark history and a crazy lifestyle. Anastasia is an innocent, hard working woman that has never truly known what love is. When the two fall in love you put yourself in Anastasia’s shoes. Would you just roll with it? Would you speak up or stay quite just because you’re afraid of losing something you’ve never had? I fall in love with this series and would read it any day.
He was beautiful and brilliant, jagged and white-hot. I was drawn to him as I’d never been to anything or anyone in my life. I craved his touch like a drug, even knowing it would weaken me. I was flawed and damaged, and he opened those cracks in me so easily…
Gideon knew. He had demons of his own. And we would become the mirrors that reflected each other’s most private worlds…and desires.
The bonds of his love transformed me, even as I prayed that the torment of our pasts didn’t tear us apart. Consists of 3 books that are out now, the 4 and 5 book are coming soon!

Twenty-five-year-old Julie Jacobs is heartbroken over the death of her beloved Aunt Rose. But the shock goes even deeper when she learns that the woman who has been like a mother to her has left her entire estate to Julie’s twin sister. The only thing Julie receives is a key—one carried by her mother on the day she herself died—to a safety-deposit box in Siena, Italy.
This key sends Julie on a journey that will change her life forever—a journey into the troubled past of her ancestor Giulietta Tolomei. In 1340, still reeling from the slaughter of her parents, Giulietta was smuggled into Siena, where she met a young man named Romeo. Their ill-fated love turned medieval Siena upside-down and went on to inspire generations of poets and artists, the story reaching its pinnacle in Shakespeare’s famous tragedy.
But six centuries have a way of catching up to the present, and Julie gradually begins to discover that here, in this ancient city, the past and present are hard to tell apart. The deeper she delves into the history of Romeo and Giulietta, and the closer she gets to the treasure they allegedly left behind, the greater the danger surrounding her—superstitions, ancient hostilities, and personal vendettas. As Julie crosses paths with the descendants of the families involved in the unforgettable blood feud, she begins to fear that the notorious curse—“A plague on both your houses!”—is still at work, and that she is destined to be its next target. Only someone like Romeo, it seems, could save her from this dreaded fate, but his story ended long ago. Or did it?
From Anne Fortier comes a sweeping, beautifully written novel of intrigue and identity, of love and legacy, as a young woman discovers that her own fate is irrevocably tied—for better or worse—to literature’s greatest star-crossed lovers.
I’ve lost it. 😦 The only thing in the world I wasn’t supposed to lose. My engagement ring. It’s been in Magnus’s family for three generations. And now the very same day his parents are coming, I’ve lost it. The very same day! Do not hyperventilate, Poppy. Stay positive 🙂 !!
Poppy Wyatt has never felt luckier. She is about to marry her ideal man, Magnus Tavish, but in one afternoon her “happily ever after” begins to fall apart. Not only has she lost her engagement ring in a hotel fire drill but in the panic that follows, her phone is stolen. As she paces shakily around the lobby, she spots an abandoned phone in a trash can. Finders keepers! Now she can leave a number for the hotel to contact her when they find her ring. Perfect!
Well, perfect except that the phone’s owner, businessman Sam Roxton, doesn’t agree. He wants his phone back and doesn’t appreciate Poppy reading his messages and wading into his personal life.
What ensues is a hilarious and unpredictable turn of events as Poppy and Sam increasingly upend each other’s lives through emails and text messages. As Poppy juggles wedding preparations, mysterious phone calls, and hiding her left hand from Magnus and his parents . . . she soon realizes that she is in for the biggest surprise of her life.
So there you have it! Some of my favorite love theme books. I hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day with someone special or a literature boyfriend.
