Last weekend, for some very lucky humans, attended the comic con of Disneyland known as D23 Expo. The D23 expo runs every year from August 14-16th, and just like Comic Con, exclusive intel of upcoming films as well as limited merchandise to brag on FB that you have what other don’t have.
This year Star Wars exploded with loads of upcoming events that made every fanboy/girl (me!) head spin!
The announcement of 4, yes count them, 4 more Star Wars films!! With The Force Awakens ready to release this Christmas, we get Rogue One that will be released next year!
That’s right! Not a typo peps! Rogue One is the next Star Wars film and has already been filming in London. The image below is our first look at Rogue One featuring Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Donnie Yen and Wen Jiang. The cast doesn’t stop there. The movie will also include Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Forest Whitaker, and Jonathan Aris.
Bet my money, that the cast hear Star Wars project they jumped on the opportunity to be a part of the amazing universe.
Light speed! Star Wars Episode 9 has a director! Episode 7 isn’t even out yet and Episode 9 already has it’s director, and I couldn’t be happier!
The Jurassic World himself, Colin Trevorrow has been appointed the role of director for Star Wars: Episode 9, title not yet released, set to arrive in 2019.
Every fan of Star wars wondered what it would be like to be in the places showed. Well imagine no more! It’s coming, it’s actually coming!
Star Wars land will be at Disneyland! Taking 14 acres, which is the biggest in Disneyland history, will definitely take a few years to build, but knowing that this is actually happening makes the waiting a wee bit bearable.
To have this massive attraction dedicated to the awesomeness that is Star Wars, I can only speak for myself that I will most likely burst into tears. Instantly!
I’m sure that once construction starts we will learn more about what Star Wars land will have. Until then we will continue to watch The Force Awakens trailer for the 100th time, because it’s the only thing keeping us fueled.
